Hi again, I'm Kindah

Kindah Ayrout

I was born in the United States but grew up in a strict yet loving and well-off Middle Eastern household within a gender-discriminating tribal society overseas. Growing up, I was often told "no". This extreme protectiveness instilled in me a tenacious determination, unparalleled resourcefulness, and a creative imagination that enabled me to envision and pursue my goals without any impediments or limitations.

It was these innovative thinking habits and the pursuit of the American dream that enabled me to overcome life's adversities and challenges. This motivation propelled my academic, professional, and entrepreneurial achievements back here in the motherland, and provided me the freedom to enjoy the numerous opportunities that life has to offer.

American SMBs and Multinational SMEs have the freedom and power to change their communities and therefore change the world. They often fill a niche market and solve complex societal problems. However, they frequently struggle to expand locally and achieve success on a global scale due to limited resources. Having worked for and owned small businesses myself, I've experienced these challenges firsthand.

That is why I created this blog — to share knowledge, cultivate a sense of optimism, and inspire innovative thinking and actions among my goodfellas. My mission is to empower budding entrepreneurs and executives to thrive in the global economy. Together, we can transform these challenges into opportunities for growth and success.

As an innovation strategist and global growth multilingual consultant with 15 years' in professional experience in international trade, supply chain management, VC backed start-up, and technology consulting, and an educational background in finance, software engineering, and currently material science and engineering. I write about emerging technologies, business, economy and global markets, geopolitics, and sometimes life.

All posts are personal opinions and/or possible solutions for real problems I encountered in my work and are not affiliated, endorsed, or encouraged by any associate.
